That's a pretty clear case of bogosity.

I do have a problem with assholes who let weeds get out of control in their yards, but for chrissakes there is nothing wrong with a garden, especially one that grows food!

They should erect a 12 foot fence around the property. Anyone who violates the new tresspass signs attached tot he 12 foot high, barrier fence (view blocking) will be shot on sight.
