So they were only able to make a few dollars per barrel in profit.
Now with no sanctions and oil at $95 a barrel, Russia was making over 10 times as much money. That's over 1,000% more.
Or enough money to buy over 3,000 long range drones per DAY, that they could launch at Ukraine.
