Not surprisingly, Obama nailed it.

And Iran continued to enrich uranium to nuclear levels - so what “compliance” are you talking about?

WHY ARE YOU LEFTISTS DEFENDING KNOWN ISLAMICMTERRORISTS?
They did not enrich any uranium to "nuclear levels" during the year after Trump withdrew. They were still under IAEA inspection, that certified they remained in compliance.

After giving Trump a year to make a "bigger and better deal", they withdrew, and at that point, were no longer being monitored.

1) It did NIT prevent a nuclear-armed Iran. It delayed it a few years.

2) It was so bad that Obama classified it as a “deal” - rather than a treaty which it actually was - in order to bypass the wishes of American voters and skip Congressional approval. He instead brought it to the anti-Israel, pro- Arab U.N.
Yeah right. Except for the part in the agreement that says Iran will never be allowed to manufacture a nuclear bomb.

It delayed it for at least 15 years. Giving the next presidents time to make a bigger and better deal.
No it didn't. It wasn't worth the paper it was printed on, Iran already signed and was a part of the legally binding NPT, and they violated that, repeatedly.

The "deal" was just an excuse for Obama to be more flexible with Iran and lift sanctions and give them money

hey dumb ass....they already signed a legally binding agreement to do that, it was called the NPT

You've done a great job explaining what happened in the easiest way possible so trumples can understand. They still may not get it.

um they were suppose to be monitored under the NPT. Which in fact unlike Obama's plan, actually was a legally binding treaty.

So you had no problem with Biden waiving sanctions so Russia could sell more natural gas

Gotcha
The sanctions against Russia forced them to sell it as BELOW market value.

So Europe got cheap energy, and Russia got only minimal profits.

Russia's energy sector

Oil and Gas Industry: Stagnation
Revenue Declines: Export revenues have fallen due to sanctions and reduced demand in Europe, even as Russia relies on a "shadow fleet" for shipping.

Gotcha so, you had no issue when Xiden wavied sanctions so they could build their pipeline and sell natural gas

I’m talking about the $6 billion he snuck in at 2 am, in cash, without getting Congressional approval.
Fyi

The Obama administration did transfer $400 million in cash, plus interest to Iran in January 2016, but this was a settlement for a long-standing dispute over a 1970s arms deal, not a payment of U.S. taxpayer money or a ransom. Officials used cash because international sanctions had severely restricted Iran's access to global banking systems. While the timing of the delivery coincided with the release of American prisoners, the administration maintained that the settlement and the prisoner release were separate, negotiated through different channels.

The JPOCA was as legally binding as any other international agreement.

You left out, sell natural gas at reduced prices (and profits).

It's like letting somebody work for less than minimum wage.

They didn't violate that treaty until well after Benedict Donald left the agreement and joined Bibi in his latest crusade against Iran that has brought about the much warned about regional war the agreement was designed to prevent. Certainly the Israel/USA joint aggression gives them cause via Article X of the NPT to leave the treaty.

Wrong they began violating that back in 2005

You think republicans would have voted for the JPOCA as they were spending all their time trying to repeal obamacare?
No the gop would not of voted for it, nor would the Dems

There was bipartisan unity against it
