If he didn't know what he was doing, he shouldn't have touched the weapon. Truth of the matter is, WTF was live ammo doing on the set in the first place. The weapon should have been neutralized, ie, blocked barrel or even a mock up, I mean we can send monster, city sized spacecraft to unknown areas of the universe, but we can't special effect the firing of a gun. Negligent homicide at the very least.

Alec Baldwin lied during an interview and said (on camera) that he did not pull the trigger. It is virtually impossible for that to happen with that particular pistol. Alec Baldwin was in possession of a loaded weapon when the weapon discharged and killed a person. Anything else is irrelevant. It was his responsibility to ensure the weapon was safe--not someone else who was not in possession of the weapon.

4. And man was shot.
5. And Baldwin did something to the gun when it went off, in Baldwin's hand.
6. He says he pulled the hammer back half way and let it go, not actually pulling the trigger he claims, as if that would make a real difference, if it indeed was true, the girl was still dead either way.
7. We don't know for sure who put the live bullet in the chamber, it could of well been Baldwin himself.
8. I'm interested to see the footage of what took place 30 minutes before the girl got whacked.
