I don't understand how there is not a charge on someone, likely not Baldwin, but whoever brought a real bullet on set, even if it was inadvertent. That is negligence that resulted in a death.
You can't charge Baldwin because he would have had no idea that there was a live round in it.
Actors shoot prop guns all the time, all the time... and in all these years nothing like this has ever happened. Because no one ever brought a real bullet to a set before.

Normally, when an actor is given a prop and told it is safe, he has no reason to believe that prop is actually a working device that can cause harm. If he was given a prop that looked like a nuclear bomb, would he be required to take all the precautions required for a live functioning nuclear bomb? 2. He should go on trial for murder, and do a 5 years to 10years, at least.
