How does that work? I'm now entitled to request every single document under the freedom of information act that Trump took to his residence because he didn't want to use the Oval office? He had aids taking careful inventory of all the stuff he took the residence to stamp them with declassified? Or are we simply considering all intelligence he ever saw as by default declassified?

There isn't a court of law that will accept this as a defense because declassification of documents is not a procedure that simply hinges on the ex-president or his surrogates claiming they did something.
