22 million ballots are floating around right now in California. Obviously not all vote in LA Mayor race, but they do for governor.

7 days from election day to RECEIVE THE BALLOTS.

THEN 3 WEEKS TO COUNT,

TOTAL PROCESS 4 WEEKS.

Pratt will drop to 3rd FOR SURE….IN A COUNTY WITH 39% REGISTERED REPUBLICANS.

Likely, they will push Bass to over 50% just before July.
