It is time to stay out of the foreign war zones and giving money and weapons to fight proxy wars. The money should be spent helping American people and not foreign countries. America first.

I agree that money should be spent on helping Americans and not foreign nations, but it is impossible for the U.S. to be an isolationist nation.
We are bound by various defense treaties with many nations and thus are bound to honor those defense treaties if any are attacked. So, it is improbable that we will not be dragged into some foreign conflict at some point.
The following defense treaties are in existence:
The Tripartite Security Treaty (ANZUS).
The Philippine Treaty.
The Japan Treaty.
The South Korean Treaty.
The Southeast Asia Treaty.
The Australian and New Zealand Treaty.
The Rio Treaty (Central and South America).
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
Title 22. Defense agreement with Israel.
The U.S. and Saudi Arabia are close to a defense treaty, but it has been delayed because of the current Middle East turmoil.
Yemen attacks U.S. vessels and thus necessitates conflict there.
Throughout humans existence, there has only been 250 years of known peace on Earth. Sad as it is, because of the above treaties and human nature, we will get involved in more wars until mankind simply blows itself out of existence. It's just a matter of time.

If course, one must remember he was already a convicted felon in the 1990s, pleading guilty in Australia for hacking back in 1996. Then after getting caught at it again, fled to Sweden after being charged with sexual molestation of minors in the UK. Then when it looked like Sweden was going to extradite him, he fled to the Ecuadorian Embassy in 2012 where he was granted political asylum. That's pretty short sighted of you. Wars will end when some way is found to predict which babies will grow up to become thugs, tyrants, and aggressors, and to prevent them from being born until then there will be wars unless you are willing to be a slave. It's the same with crime some people enjoy being a thug, they enjoy dominating, and oppressing others it is just the way it is. There may not be many of them, but it doesn't take a lot especially in the right positions.
