Not an acceptable excuse to murder someone who posed no physical threat at all. If she was such a threat, why then did the officers on Ashli's side of the door do nothing to stop her? Why then were barricades removed outside of the capital and protesters led to the building?

I don't think it sets any precedent. I thought, it was common knowledge that if you are in the act of committing a criminal act, you run the high risk of being killed by police. At least that was the common understanding...until recently...if you are an African-American apparently that risk shouldn't apply...and if you are, it gives the Dem backed insurrectionist reason to loot, assault, rob, burn, and even attempt to overthrow the Govt.
