No food stamps for any family of a striking worker

And for those that work for any of them...can take their talents elsewhere and don't have to rely upon Union Goons/Thugs...to speak for them.

Have you seen the job market lately? Besides, anyone who is unsatisfied with their union can take their talents elsewhere and not be part of the union, or become a part of another union.

Once again, you're missing the point. And you're pretty much lying as well. Union members don't necessarily make more than private workers. It really depends. You can't make a blanket statement like that. It's just not how things work.

um yes you can make a blanket statement. Every study ever done shows that union workers make More than non union workers in the same industry.

DUH!

And I'm sure you have links to back up your claim that every union member makes more than their private sector counterparts?

On average yes, every single one? Of course not. There are always exceptions.

Union Workers Earn More Than Nonunion

American workers who are members of unions earn significantly more per hour than their nonunion counterparts, according to a report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

Data from the BLS National Compensation Survey shows that in July 2002, average hourly earnings among all union workers were $20.65, compared with $16.42 for nonunion workers.

Unionized workers in blue-collar occupations averaged $18.88 per hour, compared with $12.95 for nonunion blue-collar workers.

Among service occupations, union workers had average hourly earnings of $16.22, compared with $8.98 for nonunion workers.

I hope the Bureau of Labor Statistics is an acceptable source. As you can see consistently in almost all industries Unionized Workers make significantly more than non Union.

yet you **** tards want the 81% of us who are non union, to pay taxes so Union workers who ALREADY MAKE MORE THAN US can collect food stamps while they Strike to try and make EVEN MORE!

why so many Americans seek to be ruled by the corporation is beyond me

Which corporation is trying to rule us? Which one do we want ruling us?

My guess: You can't name this non-existant all powerful corporation.

I actually believe there are large corporations trying to rule us.....LARGE MEDIA CORPORATIONS.

ThinkProgress » Buried Provision In House GOP Bill Would Cut Off Food Stamps To Entire Families If One Member Strikes

Want to talk about class warfare?

The republicans in congress have written into a bill a provision that anyone related to a striking worker will have their food stamps taken away.

So a single Mom can have her food stamps taken away for trying to strike for enough pay to get off of food stamps.

The right is full on against ANY workers rights.

Why do they hate the vast majority of Americans?
Why should they get food stamps. It's their own fault for not working and producing a means for making money.

Besides isn't that what their union dues are for to give union members a sources of money to be able to live while on strike? Oh thats right most of their union dues are going to fill the pockets of the union bosses.

MY HEART BLEEDS PISS FOR'EM

It would make sense to cut off a part or full time worker on voluntary strike. We also do not give benefits to incarcerated prisoners. We should also cut the pay of any Congressman/SUP/President not showing up for work regardless of cause, and end "banking sick pay," and any other gov.-employee scams to fleece taxpayers pockets.

Unions pay strikers anyway, so there are plenty of food banks & churches where they can get food and other things they might need. ie. bottles, gasoline & shredded rags.

So tell me how does a union have ANY power without collective bargaining?

You are the one suggesting it should be illegal.

Federal workers do not have collective bargaining, yet their unions have power. Why don't you explain that, if you can.

if your in a Union you have Collective Bargaining Quantum......i belong to one,im a Federal Worker and in Nov.....that Bargaining will begin....

Bull-Shit! Then why is there a need for a government union? Government pay & benefits are double the private sector so there is absolutely no need for public sector unions.

likewise...BULLSHIT.....UPS makes 5 dollars more an hour than what a USPS Carrier makes......

Nope. And one of the few things we sanction for is job desertion. You may choose to strike, that's your choice.

And you can take responsibility for that choice. The state is not your piggy bank. What a bunch of whores.

USPS pension, health, education, benefits & slack work loads beats the pants off of the lesser benefits & harder work the UPS employees endure. I personally know 5 USPS employees ridding the disability gravy train all the way into retirement getting good pay all the way & looking foreword to hefty pension & health benies in retirement. I know many ex-UPS employees who could not hack the workload & get zero benefits.

Is this another Conservative Death Panel? Like the one Governor Jan Brewer heads up? And successfully caused the deaths of 2 people?

Mission Accomplished?
