The term "due process" as written in the 5th amendment and repeated in the 14th amendment applies to US citizens. And as I have posted in another thread on the subject, due process has even been waived FOR US CITIZENS as in the case for Japanese Americans in WWII who were clearly deprived of Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
