Disturbing Story about a Florida Man who Drove 40 Miles to Kill a FedEx Driver Over a Scratch

all the guy had to do was report him to fed-x and if he did hit his car, he would have been fired....seen that done to fed-x guys 3 times....

This man followed a FedEx driver 40 miles, then murdered him. Funny what people choose to post.

Good post. It solidifies my case for delivery drivers be authorized to carry firearms for protection. I wish the nutbag had been put down.

Notice how there is no video of the actual event itself with someone recording it and laughing their ass off about it.

When's the last time you saw a mental health professional to get your annual certificate of sanity ?
Perhaps the shooter's cert. had lapsed.

Maybe they should get one before they buy a gun.

Again, I just had to submit another 100 pages of documents to USCIS to get my wife's green card extended. (On top of the 200 pages I had to submit fight after we got married.)

I had to get a thorough background check before I got my current job.

I had to get a complete fiscal colonoscopy to get a mortgage.

To get a gun. Meh, had to fill out one form and pay $11.00.

And I will ask you again, and again, and again, what type of test could you administer to keep guns out of the hands of the truly dangerous while allowing folks that are no threat to have one?

I don't consider that last part to be a priority.

I'd have no problem outlawing all privately owned guns.

Here's the problem. The Gun Industry realized their best customers WERE The crazy ones.

They aren't marketing to the guy who buys a gun, sticks it in his closet and forgets about it.

They are marketing to the nut who thinks he needs a stockpile of guns and ammo so they can fights the government.

And not surprisingly, when one of these people goes off the rails, we hear the excuses.

I suggest one simple reform. If you sell a gun to someone who goes out and does something horrific with it, you can be be sued civilly. The Gun store and the gun maker.

I promise you, they will be as cautious as the banks are about who they sell guns to after that.

So, no real concrete solution. If I sell my neighbor a ladder, and he falls off of it, should I be held responsible? And what if I sold a gun to a "sane" person who went crazy two years later? Am I still responsible?

There really is no test.... Some of the most incredibly insane things committed historically were done by people that nobody even had a clue about.....

There is a strong argument to be made that the most dangerous type of insanity is the one that appears to be completely normal.

That's why you can only punish people after they have committed crimes not before they have because you think they might.

And the first time a sale was refused to a 20-something black man, your shrieks of outrage would be audible in Antarctica.

Yes. Many serial killers were never suspected until after they were caught. BTK had no record. Ted Kacynski was never on anyone's radar. Joseph DeAngelo (Golden State Killer) had nothing worse than shoplifting on his record. Rex Heuermann (Long Island serial killer) had no record.
