No due process for illegals???

When they are taken into detention then it’s up to them to provide identification that they are here legally, The USA does not have to prove their illegality because that’s why they were swept up.
Our courts are for citizens. Not the entire planets to abuse

How do you give "due process" to ILLEGAL ALIENS that cannot legally identify themselves?
Well, you give them some time to produce legal identification, to try to prove that the government has it wrong - and if they can't, out they go. Why is that a problem?

500,000 Biden illegals were offered due process, they didn't bother showing up for their asylum hearings.
That is interesting. I’m guessing they didn’t bother because that would only make prospective removal that much faster.

I'm guessing because these illegals are big fat liars and their fake ass asylum claims would be denied and they would be deported. That's why Biden and Dems SCAMMED the asylum program and released them into our country, awaiting a future hearing which they never show up to.

Beats me. Does it matter? Again, why is it a problem to follow sane practices that protect our rights? Why are you all so eager to get rid of them??
Yeah, you're right. We should just accept them and make sure they vote Democrat.
:cuckoo:
The Founding Documents of our Nation, the United States of America, do not give RIGHTS to foreign INVADERS. :eusa_hand:

The deportation of illegals with nothing more than a review by a law enforcement officer has been a sane practice for... decades.
Why is there a problem now?

I certainly didn't say that. Were you reading someone else's post?

They don't "give" rights to anyone. They just limit the government's power to violate them.

I don't know that there is. None of us know the details of what's going on. What bothers me is that so many Trumpsters seem to see the whole idea of "due process" as dispensable. Like it's some kind of trick by liberals. And it's just not. It's a fundamental pillar of our civil rights.
