And remember, New York was seeded by their subway system that Cuomo and de Blasio FAILED to shut down.

New York City’s coronavirus outbreak grew so large by early March that the city became the primary source of new infections in the United States, new research reveals, as thousands of infected people traveled from the city and seeded outbreaks around the country.

The research indicates that a wave of infections swept from New York City through much of the country before the city began setting social distancing limits to stop the growth. That helped to fuel outbreaks in Louisiana, Texas, Arizona and as far away as the West Coast.

When you weirdos grab your MAGA hats and your Trump 2020 flags and scream “USA, USA!”, what do the U and the S stand for?

The concept is foreign to you, it seems.

Wow.. The New York Times .. must be far far worse than they reported being TDS hate and sedition central and all, Florida wasn't too thrilled with the New York covid death spread as well...

LOL you guys don't want your freedom taken away, you need your freedoms.
Uh. Kind of what the country was founded on, idiot.
Do you believe in your freedoms , to travel, to carry a gun, to not wear a mask!!
it was founded on a slave trade in the south by white rich men!! They wanted freedom and they were not Christians, they mostly were deist. It was not founded on Christianity.

Now Trump forced people fly from Europe to the U.S. or something? Lol these tards are truly way too stupid, and need to be put in asylums. The dope and porn has been way too much for them and their shrunken frontal lobes. What were Pelosi and WHO and all the other Democrats babbling from Mid-January about, again? .... oh yeah ... they were claiming nothing was wrong n stuff. And now, with the news it's linked to HIV, and the primary spreaders of that are .... people who vote Democrat.

Of course what you ignore is that the blob's DHS forced travelers from Europe--unscreened travelers--to stand for hours on end shoulder to shoulder at JFK and EWR because, unimaginably, the DHS forced all air travel to 13 airports; 2 of which were in the NYC area.

This was 3 days after he said at the CDC that "anyone who needs a test can get a test" for the virus.

The blob botched the response. Badly. Having these travelers then take the subway system afterword was a botch-job on the local level. But the fish rots from the head down.

I wasn't alive then, so I don't give a rat's ass.
Yes, I believe in travel, to carry a gun, and fuck the mask hype. Don't like it? I could give a rat's ass.
Best thing about freedom is I can say that and you have no power to stop it.

They didn't fail to shut down the subway.... it's still opened, because essential workers have to get to their jobs..... Policemen, firemen, grocery clerks, nursing home attendants, doctors, nurses, medical technologists, lab technicians, Metro attendants, garbage men, waterworks and electric company workers etc etc etc..... use the subway to get to their jobs.

Ridership dropped immediately to 10% of normal traffic, when the city was shuttered and all the other workers did not need the subway to get to work.....

So, shutting the subway, is not an option....

But if perhaps they shut the city down two weeks earlier, reducing the subway traffic earlier, it might have helped!

On March 1st NY had its first case. On March 7th Governor declared an emergency. On March 16th the states in the area shuttered businesses.

Trump downplayed the virus every single day for 3 months until March 9th. He is the largest mass murderer of US citizens in US history.

Done in by the Democrats again. They fuck everything up! And just when I began trusting them that they could actually run their states!

In the end, the biggest mistake of all times of times, was the CDC not having the testing kits and the supplies and reagents to run the tests, EARLY ON for all the States, so the virus could be identified as people were being infected and contained through isolation.....

The second biggest, was not buying the personal protection gear for our doctors and nurses and essential workers when they first heard of the virus, back in December and January.....and then sending 5 tons of our own PPE, our own protection gear, to China in January instead of prepping ourselves....

And the Third biggest mistake of our government, was what Candy said..... calling all of the Americans back from the EU, cramming them in to a space for hours upon hours with no separation and no face masks, spreading the disease to one another AND NOT QUARANTINING them before letting them disburse in to the whole nation, with the disease.....

And Fourth was not having a National Health Emergency Plan, or rather not executing the well established, Pandemic exercise plans that were rehearsed...not being able to get what the States in the United States, needed and Trump's mixed messages, playing down the virus, then not, then playing down, playing down, then not, then folow my CDC's guidelines, then not......

it's just helter skelter.

Hind sight is 20-20. It's easy to say what should have been done after the fact. But the truth is that Trump was the quickest one to call for shutdowns from China and Europe. Trump was also the first to call for giving hydroxychloroquine a shot. Trump pushed the FDA and CDC to expedite use of new drugs and repurposed factories in the US to build ventilators and PPE. Trump is now leading the way to reopening our economy, which is critical. In the end, we had the best possible person leading us at what may turn out being our darkest hour. We should be thankful for his leadership.

This outbreak is no more Cuomo or DeBlasio's fault than it is Trump's.

Here's a little story:

When you drive on I-95, I-75 or I-10 into Florida, you now have to go through a check point. Every single vehicle is subject to being stopped and the occupants questioned. Originally, Governor DeSantis had determined this would be a good way to stop people from the New York/Tri-State area from coming into Florida.

This past Sunday, I went to a motorcycle rally up in Georgia. I jumped off the beltway north of Jacksonville and drove the more scenic Route 17 into Kingsland, Georgia, and was surprised that there was no checkpoint on that road. When I left to come back to St. Augustine, I took Route 17 back, as well, and lo and behold there was no check point.

Now, if someone with Covid-19 comes into Florida from New York via Route 17, is it Cuomo's fault? DeBlasio's? DeSantis's? Trump's?

No, it's not. It's really not anyone's fault, simply because you can't stop it 100%, and trying to blame someone, be that person a Republican or democrat, is a stupid thing to do...

That you can’t dispute it is noted.
