On a hill
Watched it last night.
We thought it was decent. Worth watching.
Looks to me like the movie was made on the cheap. No special effects, few locations and small cast.
They didn't even show the two murders that took place.
Not a big fan of Jaedan Martell.. he doesn't have much presence in front of the camera, just so so.
He was outstanding in Defending Jacob.
Donald Sutherland was of course good. Outstanding choice for the character.

All in all... it is worth watching. Not all movies are going to be classics.

The story was original and fairly interesting, however the ending seemed a bit off and lot of the movie was bit vague and at times it was too slow.

Most new productions on Netflix are done on the cheap. I would say 75% of the new stuff is coming out of eastern Europe, Spain, Taiwan, and just about any place where production costs are low. Most of these production are dubbed in at least 3 languages including English. Often the exact place where the movie or series is set is hidden from the audience.
