My biggest fear.

Three more ships struck in the Persian Gulf as Iran warns of oil prices hitting $200

Three more foreign ships were struck in the Persian Gulf overnight, authorities said, as attacks intensify on vessels sailing through or near the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.

The latest incidents come after three separate vessels sustained damage in Gulf waters on Wednesday and as Iran warns oil prices could climb to $200 a barrel.

A container ship was struck by an unknown projectile about 35 nautical miles north of Jebel Ali, a major port city near Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) center said on Thursday. The incident caused a small fire onboard, and all crew were reported to be safe.

Earlier, two foreign oil tankers were left ablaze in Iraqi waters after having been struck near the port Umm Qasr, near the city of Basra.

Air power, both missile strikes and bombing from planes, is a devastating weapon. Especially now with the guided munitions we possess. But there are limits to what air power can achieve.

There has been reporting suggesting the convicted criminal who raped E. Jean Carroll is considering sending US troops in to Iran to take their enriched uranium. Though the goals of the war have shifted so many times no one knows what the regime may do next.

At this moment the question for the world's economies rests on Iran's control of maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz. We've all heard 20% of the world's oil passes through it. Until Iran's blockade ends oil will continue to go higher. Perhaps much higher.

The man who stole money from a charity has threatened to bomb Iran in to oblivion unless it allows oil tankers and cargo ships through the strait. I'm not sure they are in the mood to listen.

Strikes on Iran Damage Cultural Heritage Sites, Infuriating Iranians

Revered cultural icons that have withstood the upheavals of history are being hit hard in the war being waged by Israel and the United States.

Will this leave the man who had an adulterous, sexual affair with a porn star feeling he has no other option but to send troops in to Iran, not to get the uranium but to stop the blockade? What are the implications for the long term control of the strait? Pandora's box is open. What comes next may be worse than it is now. I sincerely hope it isn't.

Trump has broken you.

You are nothing but a steaming pile of butthurt.

I love it!

Three more foreign ships were struck in the Persian Gulf overnight,
authorities said,
How many does that make now? and foreign to who?
as attacks intensify on vessels sailing through or near the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.
why would they put "near" if they were actually in the strait?

what were the previous incidents?
A container ship was struck by an unknown projectile
...dropped by a seagull
about 35 nautical miles north of Jebel Ali, a major port city near Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) center said on Thursday.
it left a nasty scratch
The incident caused a small fire onboard,
...as journalists tried to cook the seagull shot down over international waters, this is getting really ugly now "a source said."
and all crew were reported to be safe.
TRANSLATION: "Damn!"

Again, foreign to who?

1. End the blockade or we destroy your powerplants
2. End the blockade or we destroy your desalinization plants (unless they're dead w/o power)
3. End the blockade or we destroy your oil infrastructure

Iran would cease to function after any of those options
Which they won't agree to and destroying their infrastructure will only create a humanitarian crisis (like Gaza) of epic proportions...that eventually, we will have to rebuild. But this isn't Iraq or Afghanistan. You won't wipe their religious leadership chain out with bombs and missiles.

You were warned this would happen. And it's happening.

Iran has plenty of oil money to rebuild, Dumbass. They won’t be spending it on terrorism around the globe.

So if Iran chooses the "humanitarian crisis" we are not obligated to do anything.
If the crazy Jihadis remain in power the "humanitarian crisis" is theirs to manage.

Do that and you lose all hope of ever turning the people of Iran towards democracy. They would interpret that as a war against THEM instead of just the Regime and then side with the regime.

The USA had to expect a blockade. They need to deal with it. Take out the mines, mine ships, and batteries of weapons aimed at shooting into the Strait.

We were promised a simple and clean war. Iran is 3X the size of Alaska and 6X the size of Texas; we were told the US could go in there and in short order, decapitate the Theocratic government giving the people there an opportunity to take their country back. And we had the advantage of Israel's help plus 47 years of intelligence gathering and planning.

If I had to guess right now, these 15th century bearded 3rd-worlders are looking like they anticipated, strategized and planned for winning an attack from the USA better than the USA strategized their attack against Iran.

The IRG there will not surrender. They will fight until the very last man. Our soldiers want to go home to their families; these people, fighting and dying, especially against Israel and the USA IS their life.

I just don't see how we can win this war without actually going in there on the ground and fight the Guard hand to hand, door by door, building by building with enormous attrition.

Berg is askeered.

Someone find his Binky for him.

It's amazing how you feebs went from "no more wars" to lining up behind your savior's little march to war.

You people have zero credibility. Not that you ever had it to begin with.
Your savior won't win this one. He's as dumb as you are for supporting him.

You really don't have much else to do, do you? Every single day you make more than one anti-Trump post and they always contain a lot of words. I put this post in word program and came out with 416 words. I realize you probably copy and paste a lot of it, making it fairly easy for you, but, other members don't want to read 416 words of your total nonsense, day in and day out.

How any American can support yet another war in the ME for Israel, after all the failure, death, debt, and destruction the past few decades has wrought, boggles the mind.

Destroying a populations water source during war, is a war crime. Look it up.

And it's not just the convicted criminal and rapist, Congressional Republicans are cowards, refusing to do their Constitutional duty.
