I'm all for reparations to Black Americans, who can prove they are descended from former slaves of Confederacy States, in form of one-way tickets to nation of their choice in Africa.

For the most part, reparations will never be paid. Zero by the federal government, although some very woke states or localities may eventually pay some but even that is a big maybe. Besides, Somali slave descendants already paid themselves reparations and democrats green lighted it.

I think they couch it as reparation for Slavery, but in reality they mean reparations from Racism. Since you cant be black in America and not experience racism, probably handed down and formed in society FROM the days of slavery, then all Black Americans SHOULD recieve reparation regardless of blood line.
I think that is probably the true take.

I have thought about an idea though, adn I guess its not practical for a couple reasons but what if Reparations were given only to black families who remain married and together ? it would discourage single mothers raising children because they get a certain amount of money for each one....It would incentivize black families to stay together and live a really good life. Would that not help society as a whole? maybe in the long run it would be cheaper than the cost of prisons, and the misery that exists in poor city neighborhoods.

If they are still voting for the dumocraps in 2026 after decades of empty promises and platitudes, They will not stop voting for dumocraps in this lifetime. LBJ said it best when passing the civil rights legislation,

He knew what he was doing. That legislation was less about civil rights, which were always held up by democrats, and more about shoring up a growing demographic and exploiting it for decades. It seems the majority of the black community still hasn't figured this out.

To make matters worse, the black population does not vote at a high enough rate.

I don't think her methods would work.

About reparations, it is abundicly clear that the Black Population in America through discrimination and Slavery are not economically at the same level of the General population.
It is not only slavery but stuff like housing discrimination, voting discrimination,... that has kept this group ostracised...

I would advise the black population not to make is a race thing, make it a poverty thing...Those people who want to keep you down like to pit poor white people against poor black people...

What you should look for is, merit based (grade related) free college for all courses in America, Living grant for kids from poor backgrounds...
Second, 30% of all private building (multi-resident) has to be sold to public housing or subsidised rate (e.g. 20% off)... This allows for a bigger mix of classes in neighbourhoods... This has extra benefits in social engineering...
