A freaking GOP bill was drafted and voted on by the house.......AND PASSED.
The existence of a bill doesn't imply a detailed plan (i.e. one with specifics).
Does it hurt you to be so mindlessly unaware of reality?

Having a plan on paper--a bill if you will--open to the public and making the rounds on all news shows
is in fact specifics.
Which is more specific--Obama constantly changing speeches which apparently is his plan, or the bill voted and passed by the House?

Boehners plan is intended to make $1.2 trillion in spending cuts in a first phase and up to $1.8 trillion in a second step, with those cuts to be proposed by a special congressional committee.
