So, Lincoln was being "goofy" when he wrote this to former catholic priest Charles Chiniquy , someone that Lincoln had defended in a trial back in the 1850's when the jesuits tried to frame him for a crime he did not commit???

perhaps you can offer a legal opinion of when the 14th amendment (oh look it up, retard) was passed and ratified?
