Mom calls cops because daughter wont get back in car; Fight ensues

Arizona teen pleads to cops during arrest I can t breathe - NY Daily News

So a story about "Cop punches 15 year old girl; I cant breathe" that Iis going around...but not all details told as usual because the liberal cop haters want a story.

The WHOLE story:..

A mom called the cops because her daughter got out of the car and wouldnt get back in. REALLY mom? Be a fucking parent and stop dialing 911 bc you cant control your kid. If you cant...why would a cop? Asking for trouble.

A female cop finds the 15 year old and asks several times to go back to the car. She said no. Shocker....with a mom who cant control her...why would we expect her to respect authority?

So the cop tries to escort her by the arm back to the car. The teen kicks and punches the female cops.

So the female cop punches the bitch back and takes her to the ground to handcuff her. Mom runs up to explain "oh no...shes just emotionally disturbed!"

And the COP is the villian?

Shit like this is why in a year the cops are gonna just stop showing up and let society just...well do whatever.
Cops need to go on strike.

If this witch hunt keeps up....they all will.

Garner was werongfully killed by wrongful police behavior, bucs90, no denying.

You are right about the girl. The female cops should have batoned her down once she hit a cop. The same should have been done with Garner.

Cuts both ways, buddy.
believe it or don't there are such convulated definitions of chokehold on the books of the NYPD that what you saw, even in super slo motion may not qualify as a definitive chokehold.

The tens of thousands of the NYPD have been trained since the death on the procedure.

Let's hope they get it right.

"Batons arent for takedowns " Who says, idiot? I could take down a Dallas line man with a baton and you know it.

Says almost every police training academy in America. Batons are meant for defensive purposes only. Some bad apples use it for bad stuff.

But the intent of a baton is defensive and to create space. NOT to hit a knee for a takedown. Moronic to see a baton as a takedown creator.

The second Garner resisted, the baton was appropriate.

NO. It was NOT. I worked this job for almost a decade. A baton...when at least 4 other cops are there...is NOT necessary.

You never go to an impact weapon when a weaponless option like a takedown is available. The LIKELIHOOD of injury is higher with a weapon.

But youd rather cops crack knees with a baton than physically take them down? Wow. What a fucking moron.

The LIKELIHOOD of Garner being seriously hurt in that incident was tiny. Thousands of those type of resisting arrest takedowns happen a year. Rarely is it more than a scratch or bruise.

But sure...lets crack knees with a baton. How retarded.

Not necessary? You fool! A man died who did not have to die, and saying he asked for it is the excuse of a loser. Yes, a baton would have been appropriate: much better to come out with a gimp knee than in a coffin.

Yes, bub, you folks are responsible to the citizens, sooner or late.

Don't like it? Resign.

addendum: the mandated massive training after the blue stupidity surrounding the incident says your arguments are simply BS.

Grand jury said no.

He died from being a fat ass who wasnt in good enough shape to fight cops.

Once they are found guilty in wrongful death suits, the feds will open criminal cases for violation of civil rights. I watched that happen in Hemphill, Texas. A sheriff and two deputies beat a drunk to death in the county jail and were acquitted in state court: they got 8, 13, and 25 years, and served all of the federal time as hard time.

Two Zwolle cops did jail time just across the lake, for strong-armed hot check collection.

Justice works most of the time, nothing is perfect.

What happens to a person after they resist arrest is on them though.

Would he be any deader had the cop giving the alleged chokehold just let him crash through that glass window?

You are just so ignorant on this topic.

Cracking knees with a baton is a BETTER way to take someone down than just physically doing it?What a retard.

Garner died because hes obese and resisted arrest. Period.

Jake, I PROMISE you that if you ever go to prison, you'd rather go to a federal prison over a state one

True enough, but no one trains police to baton a suspect to affect an arrest.

Doesn't mean it isn't done, but no one is trained to do it

EXACTLY right.

Batons are a defensive weapon...meant ONLY for defending against an attacking suspect.

He thinks videos of cops cracking knees to take someone down "just to be sure they arent hurt in a physical takedown"....would be better!?

Cop cameras to put things in context are needed. To take a related example hundreds of years of Etruscan funeral games were needed to develop the weapons and tactics of the Roman legionaire and last I heard every special ops organization in the world uses inferior close quarters bladed weapons than were in use 2,000 years ago. The Spetsnaz shovel is the closest approach to a gladius in use today and it is double use. Since Jacksonville has the most special operator retirees of just about anywhere I have learned that this problem does not originate with them at least in this country.

BS. If anything you might have been a mall security guard.

Are you honesty saying you believe LEOs are trained to baton people who resist arrest?

I love when parents call the police because their children do not listen. My mother didn't need the police to get us kids to fall in line, she has this glare that could shattered the stoniest of hearts. My mother would have drove away and made me walk home for my insolence.

Nope, that's not what the m.e. report stated. He died from neck compression with his health issues as a contributing factor. How they didn't indict is beyond me.

"The New York Medical Examiner has ruled Garner's death a homicide. The cause of death was "compression of neck (chokehold), compression of chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police."

But the medical examiner also listed acute and chronic bronchial asthma, obesity and hypertensive cardiovascular disease as contributing factors in Garner's death."

My mom DID do that once

My sister and I were fighting in the back of the car, she stopped told us both to get out and walk home. We were 2 miles or so from the house.

We got out and walked home, we weren't fighting when we got there either.

I bet. Walking two miles tends to clam the fieriness in anyone. My parents practiced a stern but gentle hand with my sister and I growing up. So long as I brought home good grades and finished my chores in timely fashion I was allowed to pretty much do as I pleased.

My parents were fairly strict with us up until the time we proved we didnt' need such a strict hand.

So, until we were 30 or so LOL
