Where you meet them isn't as important as who you meet.
Some church goers are the biggest hypocrites out there.
Then again, some women who go to bars do so because they want to see what's out there now.

The biggest stereotype that prevents finding "The One" is that men have to be the first to make a move.

That old custom has largely faded away. They had just met when my daughter-in-law invited my son to be her partner in the church bowling league. A year later or so they were married.

If you're looking for hypocrites that's probably all you'll see. If you're looking for a good woman, a soul mate, they're out there.

Interesting topic. I have dated many girls and women. Here are the places and circumstances where I have met them (in no particular order).

At work.
In bars (as a customer and bartender).
At a rodeo.
At parties (including my wife).
Through male friends.
Through female friends.
At a flower shop.
At an archery center league.
In school.
At a teen rec center.
Girls introducing themselves to me.
As a "groupie".

The common thread is that with one exception these were "safe" places and circumstances for the gals. Bars are generally lousy places for either to meet.

Yes, my nephew has been a professional rodeo guy. I mean winning national competitions and all that. His bride/wife was also a avid rodeo person--barrel racing, rodeo queen and all that. They've retired from the rodeo circuit now. She is in her second year of veterinary school specializing in large arnimals, mostly horses. He raises quality hay, breeds, raises, trains and sells horses and rodeo stock for a living. They seem fantastically happy.

Another met his wife as they both volunteered to help serve a luncheon or something at the American Legion.

You never know where you'll meet your soul mate. But it's pretty unlikely to be in a bar.

The changing dynamic of social media and porn pornography has made things quite difficult when it comes to modern dating. In other words, social media and porn is massively different compared to whatever types of Playboy magazines and things that folks 50 years ago. Hell pornography is vastly different today compared to even 10 years ago. Think of only fans

Finally, this is all a very serious issue because the west is at risk of falling below the replacement rate. In some cases that already has. I don’t know if these trends can be reversed. What it will take probably is for pornography to be banned completely, which I doubt will happen because of how much money it makes And the libertarian saying oh let people do whatever they want. And that last point is understandable, but it’s problematic in the modern era.

Well, the facts have been shown. Again the only question is will we reverse these very very negative trends???? We actually have to reverse them or our society in the west is facing serious issues that will affect our healthcare system and Social network.

Plus modern pornography and social media creates a vastly vastly different set of problems for young men today than they have ever faced before in American or western history. Notice how this is a problem in the west… not so much the eastern world where in large part traditions are being held onto with positive outcomes at least when it comes to not falling below the replacement rate which is very important

The nation created this. On the other end of sedentary is overworked, tired, and there's no energy left for kids, etc. So, some have figured this out. Im seeing more and more simply exhausted young people. They're gassed. Something has to give and for a growing number it's having responsibilities after work.

Whatever our opinions are on this topic, the future Of America is in trouble. And that is going to cause people to lose their retirement pay and possibly not be able to get life-saving healthcare. I don’t know if these damages can be reversed. Well, the damage is caused by radical feminism and the BLM mentality.

I’m not sure if Trump can reverse the damage. It would also help if Democrats go back to being the party of John F. Kennedy.

The best way to find a good woman (or man) is in church/synagogue or volunteering in a worthy cause to actually do good instead of just for a photo op or political advantage. I'm not saying that good women and men never go to bars, casinos and such, but you are less likely to find a soul mate in places like that.
