DIYers versus Makers....
Some people have the gene and some don't....
YouTube has spawned all sorts of people with some sort of theoretical knowledge about getting things done....buy some low Quotient kit to perform some project....and suddenly get some confidence....then go to an ultra high skill project.....only to discover this isn't the life for them.
Hey, I'm not knocking those who wish to try and gain skills....its not a horrible desire out of the thousands of base ones to choose from.
But....for the record....peel and stick tile never works out.
Friends dont let friends ever use peel and stick tile.
(Sorry, had to get that out there)
But its become an epidemic of late....
And for those wanting to take to the high seas....
Boating is high skill engineering in practice....not for those who cant manage the details.
