They happen normally because Mom's life is seriously endangered, or the fetus won't survive outside the womb.Since they are so rare, let's end them completely and let those children continue to live.
Since they will be so few, they won't eat enough to bankrupt us as you seem so concerned about.
Why would you put the woman and the fetus through not ending it?
Bankrupt? If you want a child born so badly, then we should guarantee a decent environment growing up.
