What evidence do you have that these policies don't work for MOST PA voters? Do you have any substantive evidence that the majority of Pennsylvania voters don't care for these policies?
People like the Marcellus shale gas money, as an example.

I don't need to prove anything, but here is the 2016 election again to refresh your memory, if you are looking at the "polls".
I live in Pennsylvania also. The more Red Part of the State. There are just as many yard signs here for BIDEN as there for TRUMP. BIDEN is from the state and has more personal connections to it than Trump. Pennsylvania is typically a BLUE state and went BLUE in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012. It only went RED by 40,000 votes in 2016 because Democrats neglected the state when it came to spending time and money in PA. They won't make that mistake in 2020. The Polling in PA has consistently showed BIDEN had by an average of 6 points. Hillary Clinton was only ahead of TRUMP by 1.9 points right before the election in 2016 in PA. The Polls showed that PA was close and a toss up. So the polling was actually somewhat accurate for PA in 2016. This year, the Polls show BIDEN with a commanding lead.
