What evidence do you have that these policies don't work for MOST PA voters? Do you have any substantive evidence that the majority of Pennsylvania voters don't care for these policies?

I don't need to prove anything, but here is the 2016 election again to refresh your memory, if you are looking at the "polls".
I live in Pennsylvania also. The more Red Part of the State. There are just as many yard signs here for BIDEN as there for TRUMP. BIDEN is from the state and has more personal connections to it than Trump. Pennsylvania is typically a BLUE state and went BLUE in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012. It only went RED by 40,000 votes in 2016 because Democrats neglected the state when it came to spending time and money in PA. They won't make that mistake in 2020. The Polling in PA has consistently showed BIDEN had by an average of 6 points. Hillary Clinton was only ahead of TRUMP by 1.9 points right before the election in 2016 in PA. The Polls showed that PA was close and a toss up. So the polling was actually somewhat accurate for PA in 2016. This year, the Polls show BIDEN with a commanding lead.

I live in Pennsylvania also. The more Red Part of the State. There are just as many yard signs here for BIDEN as there for TRUMP. BIDEN is from the state and has more personal connections to it than Trump. Pennsylvania is typically a BLUE state and went BLUE in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012. It only went RED by 40,000 votes in 2016 because Democrats neglected the state when it came to spending time and money in PA. They won't make that mistake in 2020. The Polling in PA has consistently showed BIDEN had by an average of 6 points. Hillary Clinton was only ahead of TRUMP by 1.9 points right before the election in 2016 in PA. The Polls showed that PA was close and a toss up. So the polling was actually somewhat accurate for PA in 2016. This year, the Polls show BIDEN with a commanding lead.

1. I see more Biden yard signs than I do for Trump, and I live in the middle of the state. In any event, its not really an accurate way to predict anything, because your just seeing a small section of the state you travel in.
2. Polling on the eve of the election showed Hillary Clinton only ahead of Trump by a thin margin of 1.9% points, essentially a TOSS UP. Trump won by a small margin, but that was not a surprise given how close the polling was on the eve of the election. Right now, BIDEN is up +5.0% a much larger and more comfortable margin than Hillary Clinton had on the eve of the election in 2016 for Pennsylvania.
3. Trump's impeachment accurate showed that Trump betrayed his country and his country's allies for his own personal political gain. Its only the third time in history a U.S. President was impeached and is a terrible stain on Trump's legacy. There is NOTHING that exonerates Trump from what happened. Aid for Javelin Anti-Tank Missiles were withheld from Ukraine during the summer of 2019 and it was only released when it became public knowledge. Donald Trump had no business trying to get Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden. Its the Justice Department that handles such investigations and if the Justice Department finds wrong doing, then they send the F.B.I. over to do an investigation. Trump never investigated such allegations in 2017 or 2018, and it was only the coming election in 2019 and his fear of BIDEN which prompted him to engage in these criminal and impeachable actions.
4. Trump inherited a good economy from Obama. He deserves credit for keeping it that way until he failed to protect the economy and the population from the coronavirus. In TAIWAN, only 7 people died and 480 got infected, and now they are opened up back to normal with the economy thriving and the virus contained. The United States by contrast is in its worst recession since the 1930s, has 160,000 people dead, and 1,000 more still dying every day. Had Trump followed TAIWAN's lead in handling the virus, the United States would have figures like TAIWAN and would not be in a recession. TAIWAN took the virus seriously, and SEALED the country off from the outside world in January 2020. Trump by contrast did nearly nothing and said the virus would go away on its own. It was only in late March, 2 months after TAIWAN took such steps, that he imposed lockdowns, and sealing off the country from the outside world. By then it was too late.
5. Approval rating have been shown to matter in every election. Too low and the sitting President won't be re-elected, no matter who he is running against.
6. The Debates will have little if any impact. Most voters have already decided who their voting for. Everyone knows BIDEN from his 36 years in the Senate and his 8 years as Vice President. Everyone knows Trump since he has been President for nearly 4 years. Most Americans today are not better off than they were four years ago. That's bad news for TRUMP.
7. Biden may technically be older than Trump, but he is younger physically and mentally than Trump. Biden can run and do push ups which Trump can't. BIDEN could talk for hours about leaders and policy issues around the world, while Trump would still struggle to correctly name people or correctly explain U.S. policy in several areas of the world. BIDEN is interested in the actual job and cares about the country. Trump has no interest in the Job, only cares about himself, and became President as a way to enrich himself and expand his brand name.

I live in Pennsylvania also. The more Red Part of the State. There are just as many yard signs here for BIDEN as there for TRUMP. It only went RED by 40,000 votes in 2016 because Democrats neglected the state when it came to spending time and money in PA. They won't make that mistake in 2020. Had Trump followed TAIWAN's lead in handling the virus, the United States would have figures like TAIWAN and would not be in a recession. TAIWAN took the virus seriously, and SEALED the country off from the outside world in January 2020. Trump by contrast did nearly nothing and said the virus would go away on its own. It was only in late March, 2 months after TAIWAN took such steps, that he imposed lockdowns, and sealing off the country from the outside world. By then it was too late.
5. Approval rating have been shown to matter in every election. Too low and the sitting President won't be re-elected, no matter who he is running against.

Trump has policies. Biden has policies. Some people like Trump's policies. Some people like Biden's policies.

I live in Pennsylvania also. The more Red Part of the State. There are just as many yard signs here for BIDEN as there for TRUMP. BIDEN is from the state and has more personal connections to it than Trump. Pennsylvania is typically a BLUE state and went BLUE in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012. It only went RED by 40,000 votes in 2016 because Democrats neglected the state when it came to spending time and money in PA. They won't make that mistake in 2020. The Polling in PA has consistently showed BIDEN had by an average of 6 points. Hillary Clinton was only ahead of TRUMP by 1.9 points right before the election in 2016 in PA. The Polls showed that PA was close and a toss up. So the polling was actually somewhat accurate for PA in 2016. This year, the Polls show BIDEN with a commanding lead.

The cops are clocking in too hard on the beat with those police unions. The Japanese call it karoshi, 過労死, literally, "dying of overwork." There is a situation of "too much service" or geisha, 芸者, exemplified by a young female service employee, barista, waitress, or almost a slave in a situation where vice and human trafficking prevail. The labor unions which are supposed to represent the interests of workers, instead, perversely exacerbate the effects of overwork and human trafficking on society in general.
The bad cops need to be served, no doubt, but the only thing to be expected from the police unions in that regard is a personal, family, and political vendetta against Republicans, conservatives ("cons"), "cop killers", and gun rights proponents. The political conditions of "too much service" make any kind of service on civilian police forces subject to arbitrary execution without warning. The services have to avail themselves of all available means to protect themselves from retribution by bad cops on the police union.
