In history, the States, only finally agreed to make a Nation and sign on to the United States of America, if the States kept their full Sovereignty and governed themselves with limited Federal Power Power over them. Thus a democratic Republic and our Constitution limiting the Federal Powers and guaranteeing our rights to defend ourselves against government power and government abuse of power with due process rights etc, and measures limiting the federal government in policing or law enforcement in the USA....so that we would never have a King and his national Army, crushing and taking away state power. It's also why the federal govt in the constitution was prevented from having a standing army.
And why the president is LIMITED to when he can call up the national guard without the governor.
Now read Article IV, Section 4 of The Constitution, and know that almost all of those government
leaders in Chicago took an Oath to that same Constitution, and also know there are set laws and penalties
for violating those oaths in most states. Would you like to see what the penalties for that are in Illinois?
^They have to take the oath as per State Constitution.
Illinois is different than other states..hmm. They have specific laws for such in a lot of others, Illinois just lumps it in with perjury.
"(5 ILCS 255/5) (from Ch. 101, par. 5)
Sec. 5. All oaths, affirmations, affidavits and depositions, administered or taken as provided in this act, shall subject any person who shall so swear or affirm willfully and falsely, in matter material to any issue or point in question, to the like pains and penalties as are inflicted by law on persons convicted of willful and corrupt perjury.

Bottom line: If they are allowing/facilitating an invasion of the states, they are in violation of their Oath to The Constitution, and can be removed from office and arrested immediately and fined.
Pretty sure up to a year or 2 in jail and never hold office again anywhere in America, too.
That's the laws we have, and I don't think any of these retarded chuckleheads are going to have
any epiphanies until it gets applied to a couple of them.
