Even if I could prove you wrong on both counts you would not accept reality. Our back and forth is just the usual waste of time.As to your first question. I think Trump is guilty. It's actually not that hard to ascertain IMO since most of the stuff is in the public realm. The indictments are more detailed, but the meat of the charges isn't really being contested as far as I know. The DOJ is being weaponized is not a legal argument for instance. What about Biden isn't either.
As to your second question. I don't think Joe Biden is guilty. At the moment I haven't even heard a charge yet, even by Republicans. Joe is dirty doesn't make one. Maybe you can articulate one?
For your information, I do believe that the left-wing witch hunt will prove Trump guilty of 1 or more indiscretions. I also know in my heart that a band of politically corrupt Democrats will protect Hunter and Joe until Hell goes cold.

If you mean bribery this is what you need to establish. You need to establish Joe Biden personally took money in exchange for an official act. 18 U.S. Code § 201 - Bribery of public officials and witnesses
The only official act I can think of was the firing of Shokin. So, here's where the problems start.
-Where is the money JOE BIDEN personally take?
-How do you tie the firing of Shokin to Burisma. (The investigation was dormant.)
-Is it possible to prove that the firing of Shokin was done at the behest of Biden and not for instance requested by the World Bank, the British government, and the US? (I can show you contempary accounts it was, even the REPUBLICAN congress at the time agreed with it.)
