As to your first question. I think Trump is guilty. It's actually not that hard to ascertain IMO since most of the stuff is in the public realm. The indictments are more detailed, but the meat of the charges isn't really being contested as far as I know. The DOJ is being weaponized is not a legal argument for instance. What about Biden isn't either.

As to your second question. I don't think Joe Biden is guilty. At the moment I haven't even heard a charge yet, even by Republicans. Joe is dirty doesn't make one. Maybe you can articulate one?
