Lawsuit: Michigan teacher tried to force Palestinian American student to stand for Pledge

It should not be forced. That's 1st Amendment.
However, time should be allotted for it and it should be done every morning of K-12 school over the P.A.
Hope that helps! :D
And i can tell you it is. And most lids say it. Most dont give a rip at all. They stand. Happy now? Are you? Or do you want forced?

No, not forced. They can be shitheads if they want to.

Wrong and wrong and erong. Nobody will force me to pledge to anything. Got thst? Noe i will gladly stand and say the pledge. But i have enough brain cells to disagred with you every last step.
youre on the pushing of this transgender b******* ...this DEI discrimination crap.. this pro Palestinian terrorist, Jew hate crap women competing against men that's okay what has you worried is saying the pledge.,.. that Girl should find a school where she doesn't have to say it ..she's not special.. nor do kids take two adults what they will and will not do in the classroom

Ya know, there may come a time when the Army has to white phosphorous parts of Michigan and Minnesota.
Clinton and Obama seeded hundreds of thousands of muslims there, and in Tennessee, too. Tens of thousands in Tennessee.

It's not like that at all. Are you Israeli?
I'm American and will always stand for the Pledge of Allegiance,
but no one should be made to. That's how it is here.

It's not how it worked when I was a kid....let's get that straight if she doesn't like the rules.. she should find a different school , one of those muslim schools... Not make political statements in school we follow the rules "kids should be seen and not heard" you ever heard of that?

"no one should be made to...." ? a kid----anywhere from five to 18 in
PUBLIC SCHOOL----refuses and you are the teacher. What do you do?
I have minimal experience as a teacher----I subbed in a private HS---about
twenty times----it was sheer hell.

Tell them "your choice". :dunno:

That's it? I would--on the outside chance that I confront such
a situation---have the kid remain seated at the front of the classroom,
---facing his classmates on a lone chair. I am describing a CULTURAL
THING.----to wit, I am responding to THEIR CULTURE

ok---yes ---you are right----my solution should be limited to kids under ten in non muslim
areas.

Wrong.
It is the teacher who attempted to subvert the whole point of a republic.
The student should be praised for being smart and honorable.
It is those who support the crimes by Israel who should be deported.
her lawyer said the following and I agree

"We can only marvel at the conviction and incredible courage it took for her to follow her conscience and her heart," ACLU attorney Mark Fancher said.

Yeah, definitely. It did not sit well with me.
I'm gonna say wtf I want. 😆
And that's what I told the guy that told me about that when I was 8, too.
In much better terms.
I've had other family members that are the same, it's genetic somewhat.
Downside is we can't lie or schmooze. It is what it is. :dunno:
Actually that guy was my cousin, and it wasn't good the way he did that.
Nah, he was being a dick. Maybe that's why he washed out the Rangers.
Or not following instructions. Like take what you can with your legs and then roll backwards.
What failed him for getting into the Rangers I was doing when I was 8
off of eaves of 2-story apartments.
Couldn't do it today. Possibly because I pushed my luck back then.
Also, when you're that age, your bones are pretty strong compared to your weight.
You're all full of energy and supple n stuff. Looking at Olympic uneven bars
and thinking that's pretty cool. I still think it is.
