Kyle Rittenhouse trial...already disproving SO MANY LIES from the left

I believe he is likely to be a squirted on the top counts. I am unsure how he will be found as to the final count (possession of the rifle).

He was not in violation of the law. It was legal for him to have the rifle. That is the reason the Judge dismissed the count. Just like he dismissed the count of curfew violation. Kyle did nothing wrong.

One might venture a guess. It was pointed at Rosenbaum at the instant the bullet got fired because otherwise the round likely wouldn’t have struck him. I suspect your question goes a bit deeper. I assume you’re suggesting that the round (if it came from Rittenhouse’s gun) wasn’t necessarily fired intentionally or that it wasn’t intentionally AIMED AT Rosenbaum.

Faun's contention all along has been that at some point BEFORE the shooting, obviously the gun was pointed at him while he was getting shot, but that Rosenbaum was JUSTIFIED in chasing Rittenhouse because he pointed his gun at him. I've asked REPEATEDLY of evidence of that event happening, and thus far the only answer I've gotten is either 'fvck off' or 'well I already provided that, you just didn't see it.'

No matter which side you're on, nobody knows what the verdict will be.

I personally hope he's found not guilty, because of the circumstances and the fact that he turned himself in to police. ( something the media has repeatedly lied about)

But, it depends on today's closing arguments and what the jury hears from both sides and on what is in the judge's 38-page instructions.

So when the defense gets up he talks about reasonable doubt...

As in I have serious reasonable doubt that the prosecutor is capable of having logic.

It was legal for Kyle to have his AR-15 but it was illegal for that piece of shit Gaige Grosskreutz to have his Glock. The state revoked his concealed carry permit because of his criminal behavior.

How come Kyle was charged with illegally having the AR, which the Judge threw out, but yet the same Prosecution scumbag did not charge GG?

The DA is a Democrat.

I just belatedly learned — here — earlier that the judge finally tossed the gun count.

Also, when my quoted post said “squirted” I thought I had actually written “acquitted.”

It is rare to elicit straight answers from Faun. I have spent time mocking him over his tendency to evade and so forth. I have also tried (with just marginal and occasional success) to try to persuade him to be more forthright. Narrow the focus to the point where it’s hard to quibble.

overall, I suspect he is simply stuck in his ways.

Twenty feet is considered range of immionent harm.

Twenty feet is no distance at all. From a standing start that can be covered in a couple of seconds. The average person can run a hundred meters in thirteen seconds, if my math is correct that's seven and a half meters a second, or twenty five feet a second. Rosenblum was well within striking distance of Rittenhouse, based upon his previous threats and recent conduct he was a clear and imminent threat to Rittenhouse's life.
Rosenbaum wasn't going from one point to another 20 feet away. He was chasing a moving target. So by the time he covered that 20 feet, Rittenhouse was still about 20 feet away.

The prosecutor needed Grosskreutz's testimony. So not charging him was a quid pro quo. But it backfired.

Selective prosecution.
He needs to be impeached by the state legislature.

Again, very few elected prosecutors in large (or even middling size) prosecutor’s offices try their cases. Their staff of ASSISTANT DA’s most often do the trial work.

you are free to disagree. But why? I’m honestly trying to boil it down. How did Rittenhouse provoke Rosenbaum by raising a rifle at the very instant he fired the rifle.

put another way: specifically WHAT reaction from Rosenbaum did raising the gun elicit ? How did the “reaction” by Rosenbaum somehow get used by Rittenhouse when the firing was simultaneous to that alleged “provocation?”
No one is claiming Rittenhouse raising his rifle at the moment he fired it was provocative. :cuckoo:

Wrong, look at this video , Rosenbaum was moving at least three times as fast as Rittenhouse and when Rittenhouse fired, Rosenbaum was within FOUR feet of Rittenhouse almost touching the flash hider of the AR15. You are either ignoring the evidence, or as I believe, knowingly lying about events.
