King Louie Appears on CNN to Discuss Violence in Chicago - XXL

Why is virtually EVERYONE, including our president and first lady WILLFULLY ignoring the FACT that America's shameful, expanding, epidemic of *EARLY CHILDHOOD ABUSE & NEGLECT, aka Poverty* is primarily responsible for most all the violence and other community harming behaviors that emotionally and physically harms peaceful people residing and/or working in many struggling African American communities,

Violence and anti-social behaviors often occur when emotionally or physically abused and neglected developing young children mature into frustrated, sometimes suicidal *(NY Times May 18, 2015 - Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers)* teens or adults lacking empathy and compassion, though filled with rage and resentment for being introduced to a life of pain and struggle.

*Child Abuse and Neglect* that is primarily responsible for populating our prisons and far too many American neighborhoods with depressed, angry, frustrated, undisciplined, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal teens and adults full of resentment for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of hardships and struggles.

*Early Childhood Abuse and Neglect* that often leads depressed, sometimes suicidal *(NY Times May 18, 2015 - Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers)* children to develop into depressed, angry, frustrated, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal teens and adults lacking empathy and compassion for others, though needing to vent their pent up negative emotions, often causing emotional and physical harm to peaceful people...instead of venting their anger, resentment and pain on the immature single moms and/or dads who introduced them to a life of pain and struggle by irresponsibly building a family before acquiring the practical skills, *PATIENCE* and means to successfully raise and nurture a developing young child who matures into a fairly happy responsible teen and adult with mostly fond memories of his or her childhood.

How much longer will America ignore the expanding sub-culture of immature American teen girls and young women of African descent who selfishly subject their children to *Child Abuse and Neglect,* aka *Poverty,* by building families with too many mouths to feed, clothe and supervise?

Search: *Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers* By SABRINA TAVERNISE – MAY 18, 2015

Quoting the NYT article, *"The suicide rate among black children has nearly doubled since the early 1990s, surpassing the rate for white children, a new study has found."*

The tough question ALL Americans face though apparently wish to ignore is "Who is responsible for traumatizing, abusing, neglecting, maltreating children to the point where depressed young kids, *we're talking elementary school children,* believe their lives are not worth living?"

Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke has repeatedly offered sound advice to all Americans, *"Fix the ghetto!"*

I'm with Sheriff Clarke. I believe we also need to re-examine society's child protection and welfare laws.

This video depicts horrific examples of men who were victims of childhood abuse and neglect, conditioning a young teen to embrace the criminal, anti-social *'Street Culture'* Baltimore Mom of The Year failed to protect her depressed, angry teen son from...

If Americans sincerely wish to reduce gun violence and/or other anti-social behaviors that often leads to police fear and anxiety, that sometimes leads to police misconduct and/or aggression, the question all concerned, compassionate Americans should seriously be asking ourselves, our elected, civil, social, community and religious leaders is, *"What real substantial changes in our society's attitude and laws need to occur to prevent abuse that often causes young kids to mature into depressed, frustrated, angry teens and adults as a result of experiencing the *emotional and/or physical trauma of an abusive childhood?"*

Child Abuse Research - When time doesn't heal all wounds | Dr. Robert K. Ross - Ted-com Video

Dr. Ross's 13:00 (thirteen minute) presentation is a MUST WATCH & LISTEN for depressed, tormented people OF ALL AGES who were victims of crazy, less than stellar parenting, though listening to the doctor's words and absorbing them is more crucial.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, gives a compelling overview of the role that exposure to childhood trauma plays in the lives of troubled and chronically ill Americans.

Nationally Popular Victim of Child Abuse - *Kendrick Lamar* Talks About ‘u,’ His Depression & Suicidal Thoughts (Pt. 2) | MTV Video News

There is a reason Kendrick and Tupac rap or speak about depression and suicidal thoughts. That reason has everything to do with both of them being emotionally abused and maltreated by their PRIMARY maternal caretaker during a critical period of their human development.

https://knutesniche.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/laweekly-lamar-abuse.png

In paragraph eight of this interview Kendrick candidly reveals the source of his childhood and adult depression, the roots of Poverty (Child Abuse) and his sadness over being deprived of a safe, fairly happy Average Joe American kid childhood.

I believe the terms Child Abuse and Poverty are often synonymous.

Is it time to flush "America's War on Poverty" correctly renaming it to "America's War on Early Childhood Abuse & Neglect!"

*America Needs To Re-Examine Child Welfare & Protection Laws*
