So, let's look at the upsides here. If nukes are used.
NK may got 15-20 nukes. He'd be smart to put half
of wherever on subs. Or on ships, with go fast boats.
Best real way to inflict real damage to one side. at any time.
He can shot one or two and try for a hit is all needed to start this war.
