Kim Davis to join the GOP...

...HER bigoted attitudes ...

ROFLMNAO!

The ABSOLUTE COOLEST thing about the word "Bigoted" is that the use of the word, advanced toward another, is a precise demonstration of the very meaning of the word.

I guess I will NEVER TIRE of watching the Intellectually Less Fortunate demonstrate themselves to be, that which they otherwise come to lament.

It is HYSTERICAL, in every sense of the word.

If someone cannot find support for their viewpoints within their own party, that's to me, very sad, and very telling as to how much they value free thought.

Oh......so the party has to change to fit HER bigoted attitudes?

Did she get a notice from the DNC that she was being ousted....or did she get a little note from Huckabee to switch party?

No. The party needs only be tolerant. If you're going to demand tolerance from others, make sure to be tolerant yourself.

I don't think ...

On that we can agree.

I don't care if her religion tells her that gay marriage is wrong, that's between her and her god. she's a bigot when she doesn't allow others to exercise their equal rights and does so as a representative of the state.

So, she is a bigot, you perhaps should look up the definition.

OH! Let's...

Bigot: a person who is bigoted

Bigoted: having or revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of one's own opinions and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinions of others

I don't care if her religion tells her ... she is a bigot.

Now... that is YOU: revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of you own opinion and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinion of others.

See how that works?

What are you 12?

I don't care about her religion. She can practice it how she wants on her own time, she can stand out on the street corner claiming gay marriage will send us all to hell, that is her right and I would never get in the way of that. My opinion is not superior to hers as I'm not forcing my views on her or stating that my views take precedent over hers.

It's her job to follow the law as an employee of the state. She is a bigot because she thinks her views on gay marriage ARE superior to gays trying to get marriage licenses and the law backs up those gay couples. This by definition makes her a bigot according to the definition you posted. What do you think about that Einstein?

She would probably be even MORE accepted had she joined ISIS.

Now that's funny.

It's also funny how none of you condemn ISIS for its views on homosexuals, but are willing to wage war on a single person for holding to their religious beliefs. Tell me, you impetuous little troll, where's that tolerance of yours?

I mean, when you have no argument, you either compare people to terrorists... or to Hitler, like Debbie Wasserman Schultz did to Marco Rubio.

It's about time I put you on my ignore list.
Who doesn't condemn ISIS? Maybe it's you not paying attention?

Well this only speaks to the tolerance (or lack thereof) of the Democratic Party.

She needs to do the job she was elected to, but this intolerance for her viewpoints only speak ill of Democrats.

The intolerance of asking her to do her job? How dare they!

If you would read once in your life Aaron, I said "She needs to do the job she was elected to."

Just set aside her duties as a clerk for a moment, and simply look at the intellectual and philosophical McCarthyism going on within your own (I presume you are a Democrat/Liberal) party. Like I said, there is no tolerance for opposing views or beliefs, not in your party, or the party I used to belong to.

Oh, and you're going to bed without your cheeseburgers tonight. :p

I'm a Libertarian and Republicans are the only of the two big parties I have ever considered voting for. Presuming makes an ass out of ... Wait... That's not how it goes.

I'm a libertarian (little 'l'), too. She should be doing her job. That's it. That's all.

She is doing her job. That's why she's being persecuted.
Had she done her job no one would have heard of her.

No it's not. Because in a kind of direct way you just told someone they are a bigot and with your razor smart logic that means you're a bigot. See how that works? It's circular logic like this that gets you nowhere.

Thanks for not really replying to my post though.

Had she done her job no one would have heard of her.

Yet she did her job and her name is a household name, she is known the around the world as a woman of impeccable principle. Who can be counted on to DO HER job in the face of profound adversity.

It's a real resume enhancer.

I guess the dummies calling her a Democrat can rest their typing fingers now. She is finally switching parties BECAUSE of her stance on gay marriage.

What if her platform is that she won't perform any gay marriages and she still gets elected, what will you say then?
It will say a lot...about the people in her county.

No it's not.

ROFLMNAO!

You're helpless.

And your concession is duly noted and summarily accepted.

See, you can't even reply, same shit different day and now we get the same response we always get when you lose another one.

Reader, let's review:

Bigoted: having or revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of one's own opinions and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinions of others

I don't care if her religion tells her ... she is a bigot.

Now... that is HAPPYJOY: revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of its own opinion and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinion of others.

See how that works? (This is what is otherwise known as a "Paradox". Perhaps it should look THAT up. It might spare it from this sort of humiliation, in the future.)

Do not edit my post to change it's meaning.

This is another admission that you lost.

What if her platform is that she won't perform any gay marriages and she still gets elected, what will you say then?

That is a loaded question. Plus, she doesn't perform marriages, she issues (or is supposed to) the licenses.

She doesn't belong in that office. She betrayed the public trust.
What if the public elects her knowing she will refuse to issue any gay marriage certificates?

Funny how we hold our elected officials to such high standards, you know, like John Boehner, but we're willing to make an exception for her.

It will say a lot...about the people in her county.

She will be re-elected by a landslide... by the Americans in her county.

As she has proven that she is dutiful in her position and a defender of the trust that those who elected her, set upon her. And that is a rare character in public office and its unbeatable by those who do not possess it and no Relativist, alive or dead, has ever possessed it.

True, her position does not get to make these decisions.
