Kim Davis to join the GOP...

No, nobody chased her anywhere. But even still, when your own party has no room for different viewpoints, so much so that someone has to switch sides, that speaks volumes about you and your party.

Wrong.......Davis is the only one who determined that there was no room for her with democrats......of course, for some unethical and immoral people, like Davis, party affiliation is only convenient when trying to win an election.

Since a bunch of right wingers came to her "rescue" she chose to forgo whatever reasons she was once a democrat and went where her intolerant views are more the norm.

If the "pen is mightier than the sword", who is more guilty?

Ahh, nice try. You speak of hatred, but use the pen to invoke more hatred of those you accuse of being hateful.

See where I'm going with this? You are hypocrites.

Hatred begets hatred. Your views are hateful, just as much as theirs. You are equally as intolerant.

Those who kill others for holding those views are in my mind more guilty than those with the pen. The sword is mightier than the pen, this time.

I guess the dummies calling her a Democrat can rest their typing fingers now. She is finally switching parties BECAUSE of her stance on gay marriage.
Well, Democrats do tend to eat their own (if they don't abort them first)...

Just ask Bob Menendez.

WTF kind of a post is that? Note to poster:

Alphabet soup is a food, not a literary resource.

Who's claiming to be tolerant of evil? This is an evil woman.

... because of her bigotry ...

ROFLMNAO!

The ABSOLUTE COOLEST thing about the word Bigotry is that the use of the word, advanced toward another, is a precise demonstration of the very meaning of the word.

I guess I will NEVER TIRE of watching the Intellectually Less Fortunate demonstrate themselves to be, that which they otherwise come to lament.

It is HYSTERICAL, in every sense of the word.

Well this only speaks to the tolerance (or lack thereof) of the Democratic Party.

She needs to do the job she was elected to, but this intolerance for her viewpoints only speak ill of Democrats.

The intolerance of asking her to do her job? How dare they!

If you would read once in your life Aaron, I said "She needs to do the job she was elected to."

Just set aside her duties as a clerk for a moment, and simply look at the intellectual and philosophical McCarthyism going on within your own (I presume you are a Democrat/Liberal) party. Like I said, there is no tolerance for opposing views or beliefs, not in your party, or the party I used to belong to.

Oh, and you're going to bed without your cheeseburgers tonight. :p
What if her platform is that she won't perform any gay marriages and she still gets elected, what will you say then?

Davis is the only one who determined that there was no room for her with democrats

No, that fact was a given before she chose to do it. The Democrats already were intolerant. It's been evident from the get-go. If someone cannot find support for their viewpoints within their own party, that's to me, very sad, and very telling as to how much they value free thought.

What if her platform is that she won't perform any gay marriages and she still gets elected, what will you say then?

That is a loaded question. Plus, she doesn't perform marriages, she issues (or is supposed to) the licenses.

She doesn't belong in that office. She betrayed the public trust.

To be intolerant of those who are mired in intolerance is a virtue and I thank you for pointing that out.

Yes... and it's happening more and more everyday, across the nation.

With many life Long Democrats finally coming to realize that they can no longer be affiliated with the anti-American, communism and the free fall degeneracy that has no completely consumed the Democrat Party.

With the latest abuse of the Federal Judiciary to hijack Democratically passed LEGISLATION, wherein THE PEOPLE literally spoke through their VOTES to sustain the natural, sustainable definition of marriage, it has become clear to the few remaining Americans in the Democrat Party that their membership in that party set them in kinship with nothing short of raw evil and as such, that through that affiliation, they were complicit in the destruction of their nation... so they're fleeing the Democrat Party by the tens of thousands.

I don't think you can afford to claim someone else is less intellectual than you.

I don't care if her religion tells her that gay marriage is wrong, that's between her and her god. she's a bigot and when she doesn't allow others to exercise their equal rights and does so as a representative of the state she is acting against the law.

So, she is a bigot, you perhaps should look up the definition.

This idiot has NEVER looked up the word "bigot".....ergo, his moronic retorts.....Hey, key want to post on this thread a definition of bigot and see if it matches your attitude???

(or, as an alternative post a picture of your sorry face.)

I'm a Libertarian and Republicans are the only of the two big parties I have ever considered voting for. Presuming makes an ass out of ... Wait... That's not how it goes.

She's eligible to be head of the RNC?

I must point out, that if you want to claim to be tolerant, then you would be tolerant of those mired in intolerance, in other words, you wouldn't care. Each man and woman are entitled to their opinions. Neither you or I are in such a position to attempt to convince them of it.

I don't think ...

On that we can agree.

But in fairness to you... if you COULD think, you wouldn't be a Relativist.

Ya see scamp, people become Leftists, because they lack the cognitive acuity to be anything else.

OH! Let's...

Bigot: a person who is bigoted

Bigoted: having or revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of one's own opinions and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinions of others

I don't care if her religion tells her ... she is a bigot.

Now... that is YOU: revealing an obstinate belief in the superiority of you own opinion and a prejudiced intolerance of the opinion of others.

See how that works? (This is what is otherwise known as a "Paradox". Perhaps you'd like to look THAT up. It might spare you from this sort of humiliation, in the future.)

Oh......so the party has to change to fit HER bigoted attitudes?

Did she get a notice from the DNC that she was being ousted....or did she get a little note from Huckabee to switch party?

She is doing her job. That's why she's being persecuted.
