Only Congress can change the law, to add Trump.

Read the ruling. Congress created and named the institution by law. The original center was established as the National Cultural Center, and after JFK’s assassination Congress renamed it the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and designated it as the sole national memorial to President Kennedy in Washington and environs. Only THEY can change it.

Biden's involvement in Trump's action and the case involving the Kennedy Center = Zero.

On the other hand...

Trump sues his own administration and his personal attorney (now Acting AG) settles the case with a $1.8 Billion Dollar slush fund for his cronies and with provisions to release him from any past tax liabilities (currently there is a $100 Million IRS investifation into Trump's Chicago Tower) and any audits of ANY prior tax records for himself, his family, and his business.

And of courses let's not mention Gina Thomas's political activism and Justice Thomas refusing to recuse himself from political cases where she was invovled.

The only "overreach" here is Trump believing he has the right to destroy an American institution and put his own name on it. Only Congress has that right.

The lying felon you elected President is getting his lazy ass handed to him on a plate by the Courts because he's acting like he's the absolute ruler of the nation, instead of a public servant of the people. Congress created the Kennedy Centre, and only Congress has the right to name it, or renovate the building.
