Read the ruling. Congress created and named the institution by law. The original center was established as the National Cultural Center, and after JFK’s assassination Congress renamed it the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and designated it as the sole national memorial to President Kennedy in Washington and environs. Only THEY can change it.

Its not judicial overreach. It was executive overreach slapped down legally by the correct legal means.
