Keeping Trump off the ballot disenfranchises NO ONE

I have responded to you several times. I'm sorry if you don't like my answers, but they're not going to change.

No matter who they had in mind. When you amend the Constitution it applies according to the text, and for all eternity, or until the Constitution is amended again.
The confederacy was an insurrection. Jan 6th was a protest.

Please post a link to any statement in the Constitution that says that running for President is a 'Right'.
It is neither an inalienable nor a Constitutional right.
And yes, there is something in the Constitution that says that Trump is ineligible - the 14th Amendment!
Obviously!
1. If you are eligible to run for office you can call that a right. No one can stop you from running.
2. Trump was deemed to have participated in an "insurrection" only as a political ploy, Banana Republic style. There is no proof he was an insurrectionist. The FBI nor any special prosecutor (Jack Smith) charged him with insurrection.

We can say Biden participated in an insurrection by having open borders and letting an invasion happen, and disqualify him from ballots in red states. There needs to be more "due process" than political chicanery.

If they only meant Confederates, they would have said so.

They enshrined it as a Constitutional Amendment so that it would be applied to anyone that ever engaged insurrection for ALL TIME.
Jan 6th was a protest. Explain to me how the President of the United States can overthrow the United States. Go ahead.

President Trump never led anything like the Confederacy. It was a protest by Americans waving American flags.
They attacked the ******* Congress of the United States. They threatened to hang the vice president. They assaulted the police. They took their American flags and used them as pikes and staffs. So **** you and your "Americans waving flags".

How many of them have been charged with insurrection?

Do all state offices swear to uphold the US Constitution?
Article-14, Section-3 ONLY applies to those who broke their oath to the US.
Most if not all states have their officers swear to uphold both the constitution of the US and the constitution of their state.

Wrong again.

Rights are specifically declared in the Constitution. Just because something is not illegal does not make it a right.

No different than BLM protesters. **** you, liar.

Correct. Healthcare is not a right, but a majority of the people like to think it is.

When Trump supporters have to continuously comfort themselves with the fanstasy that their opponents are all afraid of them and their big bad leader, all that gets conveyed is THEIR fear.
/——/ Not a fantasy. You clowns are scared shytless.

If you can't legally stop someone from running for president its a "de facto" right, even if not "enumerated" in the Constitution.

We have the right to eat and breathe and go potty even though they are not enumerated..

Yes, Trump is dangerous to the democrat agenda. We agree on that.
If you don't see the danger Trump and his followers present to this nation and the rule of law, I'm not sure you deserve your citizenship.

Yep, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness covers a lot.

Of course you would think that. You're a fascist.
