Well for one place, police in Minneapolis specifically said that the city had ostensibly tied their hands in overtly ordering them NOT to cooperate with ICE nor lend them any of the usual support in keeping regular citizens out of police zones while ICE was making arrests that would have kept people like Good and Pretti out of their hair and saved both their lives.

There have been many reports. There have been at least 4 this year wrongfully shot. The survivor ended up having charges dropped, after video proved the ICE officers lied, even though the Trump administration backed their story. The two that were killed, video proves they were not attacking officers, even though DHS tried to label as terrorist. If you dress them up as masked goon military, they act like masked goon military.
