It's not my interpretation and it should be obvious to even you that a literal reading makes no sense yet you persist in holding others accountable for a literal reading when you yourself know a literal reading makes no sense. So the only logical conclusion is that you are playing a game to amuse yourself. So the only possible reason you read about all other religions is to look for ways to discredit them (aka critical theory which is a cultural marxist practice) to increase your pleasure from making fun of others. That's not a good look and it usually doesn't turn out well for those who live to make fun of others. And you wonder how I know your life sucks?

If you understood the account of Job and the belief of the average Jew who did believe in God, you would understand the key difference between the Jewish and Christian understanding is that Satan is either working for God (Jewish thought) or Satan is working against God(Christian thought).

I find all religions quite fascinating. I see more similarities than dissimilarities in them. Of course someone who only read them to discredit them, or never made an honest attempt in understanding them, would focus on the dissimilarities and only focus on the similarities if he thought it might help his attempt to discredit them for the express purpose of making fun of others so that he could experience pleasure.
