Can a Democrat please explain what’s going on, as I have asked the same question. Just last month, Party Elites were trying to figure out how to dump Kamala off the ticket, since the cackling airhead DEI pick was such a negative - and now they are trying to position her as a cross between Mother Teresa and Marilyn Vos Savant.
And remember - the Dem Elites picked her as VP, second in line to the presidency, because she fulfilled the requirements of Female Blackness, even though only 1% of the voters chose her in the primary!
If that’s not a big F-U to Democrat voters, I don’t know what is.
I read some of that money went to replace old diesel bases in poor school districts.
