That is what I've been saying all along. If minority workers are superior, they should get the job. All being equal, increase minority representation. What is wrong with that?

The racist argument never admits that such policies are needed because for all 250 years of American history, whites have hired less qualified white people over people of color, and without policies to stop that from happening, whites will continue doing it. Do not try saying that is not true, because even with such policies in place there are whites not following the law. Those like you don't want to admit this even though you either see it being done, or actively participate in doing it. Non racist whites acknowledge the history behind why these policies are necessary and do not try to argue the disingenuous mess we see from the right. You guys seem to believe that because a piece of paper was signed in 1965, the attitude that caused the problem just vanished immediately after the signature, when it has never left.

Your questioning the qualifications of blacks when they get a job while not doing the same of whites, is how racism is done today.

Then Reagan started giving out vouchers to white people to put their kids in charter and private schools. Every voucher given took money out of the public school system and gave it to the private school system.

Now you're not even in the top 20 of best educated nations. And conservative schools and religious schools are teaching that science isn't real, and the earth is 6000 years old. Not only are kids getting an inferior education to the rest of the world, they're being taught lies.
