If you think the ACA and EA's were left alone in the budget you truly are delusional. The money for the 16,000 IRS agents provided for in the ACA went away, the money for the Independent Payment Advisory Board all but went away. Funding for Homeland Security expires next month and we'll see if there is any money to give illegals work permits after that.
