I haven't been to Reno in a very long time but the hospitals were like the taj mahal and they treated every patient as if they were royalty. Must be all that money flooding in from the casinos?

Tons of mestizos identify with their Spanish/white side when filling out those census forms. They check white and Hispanic, doesn't matter if he or she is very dark skinned.
Without doing any searches I bet Reno is about 30-45% brown Spanish speaking people.
