The losing side doesn't get to dictate the terms of their withdrawal, fool. If the winning side doesn't live up to their agreement, you can't force them to do so, because you lost the war. What is completely laughable is you're thinking that Biden could have refused to leave as a result.

By excluding the Afghan government from the negotiations, Trump surrendered the country to the Taliban. He, in effect, told them that the existing Afghan government wasn't worth considering and it didn't matter what happened to them. That's why the Afghan military refused to fight. They had nothing and no one left to fight for.
