How has Iran threatened Israel over the years? Did Iran ever threaten Israel with a nuclear attack? If not, what is the justification for US and Israeli attacks on Iran?

Iran would have to have nuclear weapons to make the threat and use them.
Preventing that situation occurring would be a logical course of action.
