So what if you are 67? Did you ever serve? Do you know all the requirements for a person to be eligible to enlist? I do, since I served over 20 years in the U.S. Navy, as well as spent the last 2 1/2 years of my career in recruiting.

Actually, in a very real sense, you kinda do lose most of your rights as a citizen when you join, because they are put on hold and aren't given back until you are discharged from active duty. That being said, if the military requires a person to have the vaccine as a condition of their service and the refuse, they can be sent home to find another job where the vaccine isn't required. Sorry, but military service is not a right, no matter how much others might want it to be so. Most people in this country are ineligible for service.

Part of that oath also states that in addition to supporting and defending the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic, you have to obey the orders of those appointed over you, if they are lawful orders. If the military says to get vaccinated as a condition of being able to serve, you get vaccinated or you go home.
