Poor parenting skills, often single parent households, dismal employment ethic, racially soaked propaganda, group/herd mentality, substance abuse, & God only knows what else like they face doom before they even come out of the womb.
Many of them hate white people and try to provoke them. Where I work, our white clientele generally don't avoid or mistreat our black coworkers. But a substantial number our black clientele (usually the FEMALES, almost exclusively) love to try to jive and provoke our white male coworkers. I get along quite well most of our older black male clientele. The younger ones make a different story. And It's the black females who most frequently seem to be looking for a way to start some kind of shit with a white person. Sometimes they succeed, sometimes they don't. And with that said interestingly my FAVORITE coworker (and kind of a friend outside of work too) a black woman..... has actually risen to my defense when one these bitches messes with me and I start to become unglued.
Seriously, my black "work wife" defends me like that, and I defend her when some asshole messes with her too. Usually it's the rich persnickety white women or young black MEN who like to push her buttons. Weird world we live in.
