This is the latest, but not the best example of how Leftists in this country use compromised jurists (i.e. judges) to fight policies and government actions that they don't like regardless of law, the Constitution, logic or reality.

A Federal Department Secretary has, in effect, reduced the number of inoculations that his Department recommends for general public guidance. It prevents NO ONE from getting a shot, nor does it make it any more difficult, should the parents want to get more than the recommended minimum.

The very notion that ANY court can stand in the way of this administrative action is outrageous.

Vaccines are an imported product. And testing large pallets of vials has become routine to the point that the suppliers know exactly which boxes will be tested.

Adjuvants have never been tested for side effects.

So....
We need a whole bunch of mundane research accomplished instead of the "assumptions" we have been relying upon.

We need actual reproduced scientific studies....because researchers have been lying and independent reporting agencies have not been independent. So....we need to go back and reprove some "accepted" results.

So where I understand the desire for using axes and chainsaws instead of scalpels.....because at this point it's safer to do nothing instead of continuing what we have been doing.
