Per the Constitution those that are born in the U.S. and not under our jurisdiction (such as children of those with diplomatic immunity) are non-citizens. I doubt any judge will rule all these children of illegal immigrants are also exempt from U.S. laws, including rape and murder. Seems open and shut, much like how foolish it would be if the next Democrat president attempts to confiscate all firearms through an executive order.
