This is why when the systems implode you end up with hundreds of thousands and millions killed and on the side of the roads decomposing. It is so much easier that way when all that money printed up is not worth as much and impoverishment expands.

And if that's not enough they mass mail ballots to everyone and invent PRINT YOUR OWN BALLOT.

Print your own ballot could actually be a nice idea that works if issued from a central location with a randomly generated encrypted identifier from the source which proves it legit and you qualified to vote.

Which of course means that the state will not do that.

After all, Ca state has one of the lowest average IQs of any state in the union.
